don’t take insurance for your car.just drive without insurance if the police pull you up tell him the insurance his too expensive i can’t afford it.

google for kanetix website, they provide quotes for various insurance companies, you just have to provide your info (i.e. license type, age, marital status, car, etc.).
i’ve done this myself, and the lowest i could get is from bel air direct. got some friends too that got a low insurance via wawanesa, i don’t know if they offer quotes via internet but you can call them up as well.

Insurance is based largely on the car you drive as well as your age. But be prepared because as a first time driver it will not be cheap. hopefully you have taken or will be taking driver’s training to help lower the rate.

No doubt the easiest way to get insurance quotes is on the web.
Why would you waste your time on the phone calling around?
the last time i needed quotes on insurance i used one of these comparison sites and it was great.
this is the site i used and it was quick like less than 5 mins.
The last thing I want to do is listen to elevator music while waiting for a salesman.
Anyway I got good quotes and ended up saving money so I was happy.
So shop around and compare quotes which is easy on the net.
